How they preserved mummies

In the olden days when pyramids where around, the Egyptian workers would build a pyramid for their pharaoh. As time went past to now a day inside the ancient pyramids and other tombs the Egyptians preserved the dead bodys in a case but before they did so they would remove their internal organs and stpre them in jars. Then they coverd them in salt and the mummies where wraped in special bandages and left to dry. After that they they were covered in oil, filled with linen and tightly wraped in bandages. For each body, the process took 70 days.
